vouchers - do shops have to give change?

    We do not give change on vouchers either. But we always advise the customer at the point of sale if they hand over a greater value in vouchers than what their purchases come to.
  • Our vouchers start at £1 hence the reason why we can give change up to £1 then after that we give it in vouchers as we don't do gift cards which are obviously able to have the exact amount put on them eg £3.63 or whatever the amount.
    If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................
