payplan woes!!

Hi all, following on from my email last week about payplan taking ages to distribute my payment that leaves my account on the 2nd. I yesterday received a bank statement from MBNA not happy that they hadnt received a payment this month. MBNA have been v good so far & frozen all interest but i want to keep them sweet as they are my biggest creditors, anyhoo, i phoned them & they said they just received the payment on the 14th of July!!!:mad: 12 days after payplan received it. Now im so scared that MBNA are going to take me to court :( i really dont know why payplan are holding on to it for so long! x

    Hi Funkyfish,

I don't know that much about payplan, but you should maybe contact them to discuss your concerns and emphasise the issues with late payment. National debtline and the Consumer Credit Counselling Service also provide help/advice regarding debtplans and they don't charge a penny meaning all the money goes to your creditors. This would assist in avoiding late payments and unhappy creditors.

    Good luck
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
