i ordered a bag for my daughter from ebags.com but when it arrived it was to small and i emailed them on info about how to return it. this afternoon i received an email saying my money had been refunded and i could keep the bag in exchange for providing information regarding how the bag could have better met my needs/and or been better represented on the website.
this seems a bit weird to me and i wondered if anyone else had ever ordered anything from this website or had a similar experience elsewhere.

I have ordered from ebags and they are a good retailer. They publish feedback from customers on their website, in the form of a 'star rating', for every bag they sell. This seems like a stroke of luck to me, you can sell the bag on ebay or give it as a Christmas present if you really don't want it.

Some company's just write these things off as it would cost them as much in postage & admin costs as the product costs to them.
