The Inland Revenue provides free advice and can be found via
http://www.inlandrevenue.gov.uk/bst/index.htm
We saw a solicitor through a Law Society scheme which was offering a free half hour consultation. The info can be found on the link below;

We saw an accountant who was recommended who provides a free initial consultation. I think alot of accountants do this.
Hope this is useful for you.0 -
One thing that may make you go bust is litigation against.you...sorry to be doom and gloom...though in some professions you can insure against it0

Thanks for your advice again guys much appreciated.
I've got legal cover in the back of my mind somewhere. My Aunt has £1m cover and it only cost her £35 per year so that doesn't seem too bad. Naturally I;ll have to look into that a bit further.
Thanks again.0
