unfortunately they are but i'm sure i've read on here that someone used them at tescos.....will try over the weekend at a self service and let you know

In the past i have used Asda magazine vouchers in Asda without buying the product up to the 10% off my shopping bill. Unfortunately, last time i tried the cashier refused to take them as I hadn't bought the items. I have kept the vouchers though and will try again next time. Not sure if they work in Tesco, can't imagine that they would as Tesco seem to be clamping down.

Yep the asda mag is free and in my asda if you choose a young lad at the check out they will take as many vouchers as you can give them.

Coupon-mad

There was a thread about this already this week, and the first 'batch' of coupons listed above are not in all Asda magazines! I picked up 3 copies and there were only the second half of the OPs list in there.

I'm not the only one who found this, maybe some stores have had the coupons nicked (but if they are all Asda-specific it's less annoying than it would have been if they were general scannable ones).

BTW, don't bother with the latest Tesco magazine, it doesn't even have any Tesco-specific coupons! Got 3 copies of it and they went straight into the recycling!

Coupon-mad I grabbed 6 copies of the Tesco magazine hoping for vouchers and when I realised there were none in there, I gave them to the local doctor's surgery. I didn't have the Asda non-specific vouchers in my magazine either.
