Cookworks set half price

Just been to Argos at Cortonwood near Barnsley and got a Cookworks set for a Xmas Present - Kettle, Toaster, Electronic Juicer and Filter Coffee Machine Half price for just 14.99!!!

Thanks to my dad for spotting it for me! my in laws are gonna be happy with this! :j

    I see the price of £14.99 is the non-sale price... at least that's what the Argos website states!

    in my argos, they are just in boxes on display, with yellow clearance stickers on them, saying they are half price. Funny that on the website it just looks like its the normal price? weird ! :confused:

    Nope - they have a handy handle on them to carry them round with. Not too heavy at all :)

    Only need the juicer really, but Im sure I'll find someone who needs the other items!!

    Argos' Cookworks brand offers very good prices, I have had several of their things. They are NOT (in my experience) very good quality and things like elements in kettles have a short life.

    Can't argue about the prices though!

    I would say 'go for it' but make sure you buy (and keep) the 3 year guarantee - they're not expensive for the peace of mind.
    Life should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.
