Where do i start? what do i pay off first?

hey guys.. plucked up the courage to post and air my dirty debts for all to see! when i tot up the amount i owe its not pleasant to my ears and i'm somewhat of a tidy person who craves everything being on an even balance (e.g no MINUS signs on the bank account!).. i dont particularly want savings at this stage although it would be nice i see that as being a little too unrealistic but i would like all my accounts to be sitting level and when we get my OH's wages in for it to be a plus not just money being sunk away into our overdraft..
we have just recently set up a joint account together which left our other accounts still in the overdraft with no income going into any of them so i will post all my account statuses and hopefully you folks will be able to give me some advice (lord knows i need it!) on where to start with paying things off..
Main Joint Account -£582.77
Partners old debit card -£96.75
My old debit card -£129.15
Partners RBOS CC -£304.05 (on 0% APR just now!)
Joint RBOS CC -£324.51 (on 0% APR just now!)
My Halifax CC -£869.08 (20.6% APR)
My Egg CC -£903.18
they all come to the grand sum of -£3209.49.. i pay the minimum payments on each of the credit cards and we dont have excellent credit rating so im not confident in applying for loads of cards to try and find another 0% to BT to. I did write to egg and explained i need cheaper debt like Martin recommends and they replied saying no then i got a lovely letter saying my APR is going UP!?! cheeky sods -Its probably going to be difficult without giving you a breakdown of our entire income but i never know exact amounts! where should i start?
now its all written down i feel even worse as i have literally nothing to show for all that money spent

You need to find out the APR for all of your accounts and concentrate on paying off the highest ones first, they are the ones that will be adding the most interest onto your account.Fiscal drag, that's my problem. Too many people dragging on my fiscals.0
