toby jugs

I have a couple of toby jugs, well they are in that sort of format
but it looks like they are sort of chalkey, one is in the likeness of Henry 8 and the other one of his queens. They look as if they have been hand painted.
On the bottom ofeach there is a lable and on it it says
Marshall Taplow, Whitehall Distillery, London E
est. 1760
Patent applied for 23310
Can anyone shed any light on them.

What information are you looking for on them?
Have had a look through google but they are not sought after items, there are a few auctions that have taken place where they have sold for very little money, in fact one auction house had a set of 8 sell for £26. (not all the same jugs they varied)

I'm having a massive clearout, thanks for the info, they are now in the box for the charity shop.....
In all honesty, i was more interested in the history of them than whether they were worth anything,
They dont look as if they are worth anything :rotfl::rotfl:make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
