i'm in US. i googled too much but there is no site to allow open a bank account without driver license ... (i have no driver license yet)

Are you looking to open a bank account in the US? if so why don't you just go into a branch?
Opening a bank account in the UK whilst in the US may be tricky.

Hi, i had to open a savings account whilst i was on foreign shores and you can use a tax letter if you have no DL or PASSPORT and simply mail it in with proof of address. Most banks allow this application by post now.

i have social security number. why banks still need my driver license ?! its odd

Are you talking about a UK bank account or a US bank account?

If US you need to find a US financial website. MSE is a UK website.

If UK, a US social security number is useless. Even a UK National Insurance number is not much use, as it does not prove your identity.
