i work in the newly opened wilkos store in Greenock, its constantly busy all time and customers always saying its great and good promotions all the time and they come in regularly all the time, and just working long hours all the time though is getting to me, but hopefully it will calm down soon:money:

Wilkos is in the old woolworths across from boots

iceland is in the old next store

primark will be built on the old council/tax offices they have just knocked down outside

wicked thanks op and everyone else, as above i have been reading about others bargains from wilkinsons and gutted we didnt have one near think our nearest was kilmarnock ?? not sure though, iceland was always handy when i was skint usually got some love to shop vouchers lying around lol and as for primark woohoooo cant wait fed up goin to glasgow just to kit the kids out

Opened today. I've just been down for a wee look around. Good job I took a basket at the entrance. Lots of other people had to go back for a basket, or staff were collecting baskets for them. I bought lots of odds and ends.

The store reminded me very much of Woolworths before they tried to specialise more or go for the cheap (poor quality) end of the market.

I can see I'm going to love it

I have been a fan of Wilko's for years.....we were there yesterday too stocking u on various things, I hope they decide to come a bit further East, there are plenty of empty units at Kinard Park!!
