I am doing a purchase (and return) for Edigital. I know that this website offers a store collection option, can I go for that or do I have to go for home delivery? I am assuming that I have to go for home delivery as I have to report on the delivery method but just wondering incase I can save a few pennies on the delivery cost.

You need to go for home delivery as you need to note down who delivers it and comment on the packaging etc.

You can take things back to store for returns though rather than using the post/courier.

Ok, just looked at the item they "tell" me I have to purchase and "Home delivery not available on this order" so that answers my question - so off to the store to do a collection...

Fingers crossed they don't find anything else they want to pick holes in. I never expected it to be so hard to fill in such simple questions. I think because it was my first one, other than a Gap Burger job which was just tick boxes really, and I was being really careful to word everything in such a way that was really answering the question properly. Most likely beccause I have done hundreds and hundreds of surveys the last couple of years and I'm so used to just whizzing through them and giving quick answers just because a box needs to be filled in.
Now I have to get used to answering properly in a different style.

It's great to know that there are so many people on here who are so happy to jump in to help so quickly

argh im so stupid sometimes
was chaging a date for a gap assignment then realised id changed the wrong one! I'd just done that assignement and now it wont let me change the date back to today
anyone know an email adress to contact gap?

Don't expect a speedy reply though. I don't know what's best to suggest but I would maybe try submitting as is but put in the notes section the date you completed it and also send them an email and through the Enquiry section as well. It's a right pain sometimes not being able to ring them!

I'm sure when I allocate it it was 1 fee, now looking at the brief, it is lower than I recall when booking.

You all laugh at RE but ESA is just as bad. I love the ones that disappear all the related comment boxes whenever you check Yes :T
