And apparently this question has come up quite a few times, but he couldn't remember the answer. He said he would ring back, but didn't bother. So I rang again just before 5.30 pm and spoke to someone a bit huffy who didn't really know what was classed as the receipt number, but suggested I put all the numbers after the store number.
Very impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness :undecided
Haha think I know who you mean, one of them can be a right dragon at times!!
They have the image of the receipt attached to the job so it probably doesn't make a great deal of difference as they would change it anyway0 -
So I am new to all this, can someone explain why I can't assign any jobs with GAP. I did one last Friday my first and now says there is a limit of 0 per day please try again tomorrow, is it to do with me being new or do you think I am being locked out!!?!?
Thanks in advance
Ruth
I think it's something to do with your bank details - this is what they said to me and since I've put my details in again I'm allowed to go for jobs again.0 -

I had this problem, I had to email GAP for them to put it right. It's some sort of error on the system.Moving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0 -
I do hope that this is RE's usual monthly "shift all the payments to the next payment date then pay you anyway" trick. I'm owed a lot today (25th), but it isn't in pending payments on Internet Banking, and on the dot of midnight, knocked over to 10th September. I will not be impressed if it's delayed...
EDIT: Actually, scratch that. I'm confusing RE with a company that pays on the date they say they'll pay on, whereas looking back, they issue payment on that date, so it's days later you get it...0 -
Personally for the phone calls I get an itemised bill and put the real cost down as an expense. However I don't use the phone for that many MS calls and the phone package is mixed up with the internet etc so it would be a right faff to look at a percentage.
Remember to include a reasonable chunk of your broadband because all your MS stuff is probably done online0 -

I have just completed my first assignment for PiP and I have tried (twice) to enter my results and submit, both times as soon as I hit submit the page says 'timed out'. Luckily the second time I re entered my results I printed them off so it'll be easier to input again but I am a bit concerned now about what I am doing wrong. I can see no way of getting in touch with them once you log in??? Help!
I've found an email address now and asked for assistance - I've tried opening in Firefox and IE but the page still time's out once I've input my results.0 -
