I did an RE shop today and when I got to the location found that it had closed, despite me visiting between the times RE stated. Do I still get paid when this happens and do i enter results by saying 'yes visit was successful' or say it was unsuccessful??

    Don't start me off. ESA site been a nightmare for me last three days. I did 11 jobs for them so have been sat up until the small hours trying to input for past few days. I have clear screen dumps showing its them not me as I can access all others etc. DEspite the fact I took an extra job for a favour, was up until 1 and then at 6 to do them I still got an offensive dressing down this morning. Livid doesn't come near it.

    I know they defo have logged issues on food, am told other stuff is fine if that helps? Hope you get it sorted.

    I had the same on Sunday. I took a pic of the closed shop. I was told by RE they approach the client, once they confirm they pay out the fee but no reimbursement.

    ... I can log onto webms, I just opened a few reports... I am using Explorer if that helps?

    I was called by Gap today asking for some clarifications for a job I did on 28th July. I was out at the time so didn't have my notes to hand, when she reminded me of the comments I made at the end about the cashier texting while serving me I remembered the job, but not all the details. She said she would send me an email to respond to asking me the points which I had told her to the best of my memory at that point, I explained I would be out for another 4-5 hours, she said as long as I replied by 12 midday our time tomorrow (Friday) that would be fine.

    I haven't received an email from her yet. I am a bit worried that the company (it was a petrol job) will have disputed the report due to the comments about the cashier texting, and at best I will not get paid, at worst get sacked from gap. It seems like a long time between doing the job and now. I don't know if I should just send a reply to their general email address with the answers to the points she asked, I think I can remember everything she asked on the phone.

    Makes me feel worried for the other petrol job I did a few days later where the only words the cashier said to me during the transaction were remove card please.

    I wonder whether they have a down time to enable their system to be backed up overnight, I tried to log on at about 10.15pm but looks like it came back up about 11.30?!?!?

    That would seem right and I know there was some development work planned for the food stuff. I did speak to them yesterday and say it would be better if you just told us so we can plan accordingly. In one ear and out the other I suspect.

    I've got a busy day shopping then back to the day job next week!
