I did 5 eggy jobs yesterday too. Got the same date and time problem, but I don't usually put that bit in until I am ready to submit.

So, ignoring the date and time it then lets me put the rest in and save, so it won't be too much work when they have fixed it.

And they can access the report if its all entered even if the date and time is causing issue so I would suggest completing the reports to save your hide

I just tried another one and its fine? What times are you entering for it to not work?

my 1st 1 of 3 i got there at 9.30. then did another 2 and was home by 11am! All within 5 miles of each other so very easy.
Thought that as 9.30 was the earliest you could go I would wait til 9.30 today to try and enter the times. BAH!!! no go :( Have entered the rest of the report and will call them tomorrow

Its not that - I did my first one after 11 and my last one at 4:15 and I still can't input the date and time.

  • Same here although I've managed to enter the times, it just doesn't like the date. I have mostly completed all the 5 reports now and uploaded the receipts so when they fix the date it will just be a case of entering that.

Just wanted to apologise to everyone - I stupidly posted a reply to someone's query on the Alerts thread. Was just reading, thought I could help and didn't realise I was on the Alerts thread. :o:eek:

    Sorry sorry sorry :o

I have reported my post so hopefully they'll remove it. Funny, I'm sure we used to be able to delete posts ourselves but there doesn't seem to be an option for that. Sorry everyone.
