I dont know where to turn, we recieved a court warrant today giving us two and a half weeks to move out.
The mortgage people wont really talk to us despite us making an offer and trying to get them to switch to interest only for the last year. We have sent cheques with our offer but they say on my credit report I am paying regularly on mail order - which I dont understand because I dont have any.
Is there anything I can do? 2 and a half weeks is hardly anytime to pack up and find a new house/home. We are a big family. I just dont know what to do .... or where to turn...

does this mean it has been to court and you didn't contest it?
i really don't know what to suggest, perhaps you should try giving Shelter a call:

We had a suspended order and then hubby lost his job so we were unable to meet full repayments hence asking to go on interest only but they refused.
We had no notice of them going to court to enforce the orderTotal 2019: £3972 - Best win this year £3000

i am surprised they give you such little time to move out...contact Shelter or the CAB and see if they can help get this time extended
horrible situation for you...0 -
You can make an application to the court to suspend the warrant. You need to complete Form N244 and there is a £35.00 court fee to pay unless you are in receipt of any benefits or on a low income in which case you need to complete Form EX160 and provide proof of your benefits/income - this booklet explains what proof you will need.
You should take the form to court (monday - friday 10 -4) and you will be given an urgent hearing date while you wait before your eviction date.

We got this order suspended this morning after filling in the N244 - We put together a defence with evidence of charges added to our account, as well as letters from our employers regarding our jobs and also letters that had been sent back and forth to the mortgage lender.
We also made a payment before it went to court, which the mortgage companys solicitor denied but I had bank statements and authorisation codes to prove it. The judge was lovely and didnt dwell on the past but only how we could move forward. Thanks for all of your help
