Spare time in the evenings....

Hey all,

I have posted a few times on this forum as I have quite a bit of debt, all of which is manageable, but I finish work at 5pm every day, although I have a girlfriend she works weird hours so I have a lot of spare time in the evenings. So I was wondering if anyone knows of any jobs that could be done at home in the evenings that could earn some extra cash to put towards my debt?

Thanks

Has it got to be working from home, as you're then ruling out bar work, cleaning, supermarkets etc.It depends on how much you realistically think you can earn and if you think its worth it. If it has got to be home based check out the family income section on the main website and there's a working from home ideas on that.

  • no i dont want to work somewhere where i have to be committed to certain shifts etc as my job does sometimes involve travel and i am not desperate for the cash, i get paid a good wage, just wondered if there was something i could do whilst sitting on my backside watching tv that i could just collate together and pay lump sums off the plastic.

Perhaps try some of the websites/ideas mentioned in the boost your income section then, as none of these need massive commitments and can be done as and when you fancy.

    Good luck

Something like AQA is fairly popular I think (never tried it myself) but that and similar sites are quite handy as you chose when you want to work.
The Up your income board probably has more ideas.

There are ways you can earn vouchers and similar by doing online surveys/reviews etc but these are more adhoc and won't make you a fortune!

Check out the Up Your Income forum here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=145

You can do things like clicks for cashback, surveys etc. You could easily bring in a few pounds each evening like this, and once you get the hang of it it wouldn't take up too long.

You could also think about spending some time increasing your future earning potential - maybe take up a hobby which could eventually make money or learn a language or a new skill with the free time you have.
