I have had same problems, also called them and all they say is there is no availibility! I am stressed as this is what my mum has been dying to see for years and I was trying to get tickets for her birthday but now I am stressed! I cant afford £70 a ticket from SECC! If there is anybody extremely generous who managed to get some and will let me buy any...Id love it if you got in touch! XD Worth a try...
