Ok gang just a quickie

I have got a free ticket for a day at a spa/gym

What will I need to take. I just phoned to book it, but no idea what Id need. If I have to buy anything to take, I aint going :( I dont have any fitness clothes at all....

but i really want to take them up on the offer, looks really nice
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I'd imagine a swimming cossie or bikini... towels and big fluffy dressing gowns are provided as standard! You will need something to wear of you want to do gym stuff (shorts n t-shirt?).

    Is that what you mean?

    :heartpuls CG :heartpuls

PS Why not phone back and ask the place? Just a suggestion!
Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.

i'd defo phone the gym to find out whats provided as it varies between companies. don't feel daft asking you'd be surprised by how many people phone us to ask if we provide towels etc

    Hi.
What about wearing comfy combat style trousers and a tshirt if you fancy a whizz around the gym? You don't need lycra!
Can you borrow a swimming cozzie? (or you could pretend that you'd forgotten yours when you got there - I'm sure they'd have a stash of lost property or ones available to borrow if it's a posh place).
