Harrassment by telephone letters?

I need some advice, please?
I'm writing to DCAs hassling my friends parents number for her debts (she lives at the address). Friends mum works from home, has a son at school, daughter with bi-polar (hard work to look after!) and a son with a serious heart condition. Husband has diabetes. They're a great family and the stress my friend has caused them over her debts needs to be limited now.
I'm writing to all the DCAs that call the house with the standard harrassment by telephone letter. However, I am curious as to who I should send it from (obviously signed digitally). I don;t really want friends mum to start getting loads of post or something, and I don;t think it's a good idea to sign it from my friend. Shall I just leave the signature bit, or put a squiggle? Or sign it from 'the occupier'?
Any advice much appreciated!

The letter should be in the name of whoever is being harassed - or in the name of the phone bill payer to stop using the number. A different letter is required for the latter.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
