Cheapest place to buy an Xbox 1 ?

Mine is getting a bit flaky now and I'd like to buy a replacement, preferably a new one but would consider a used one. Has anyone seen new ones for less than £79.95?

Thanks in advance

    Me too!

Current contender is CEX at 50 quid secondhand but you get 12 months warranty.

I'm hoping for a price cut these from Argos etc. No doubt it will happen just after I get one from CEX.
  • Hi!
Someone had spotted them for sale for £69.95 in Gamestation I think. Alternatively a month ago I saw shops in Basildon selling them for £50 secondhand and there is always ebay....

I thought ToysRUs had them for £49.99? Or did that offer finish?

Also, whats flaky about yours? It might just be easier to 'repair' yourself? My PSU died (kept shutting down) so i replaced that for £8, thats the only problem i have had. well i replaced my Philips DVD Drive with a Samsung back in 'the day' that wasnt a repair, just a modification/upgrade... that cost £80, but you can pick up replacement drives now for £15...

failing that not much - really - can go wrong.

I will get one as soon as argos etc put these on sale, I think checking carboots is also an option, I wont be using it for games but divx etc and tbh I just like moding things etc keeps me busy I rather try my hand on a cheaper price itm than £70 odd punds and mess it up.

The problem with most secondhand and ebay is the warranty. That's why I don't think you can beat the CEX deal.

    Unless anyone knows different?

It's Xbox Media Center, a fantastic bit of free software that turns a modified Xbox into a full media centre. It's stunningly good.
