Half Spoon Jam

Hi

Can anyone help?

Is it possible to make jam/marmalade using half spoon or something like splenda?

My Hubby is diabetic so I need to use as little sugar as possible.

I've just Googled "diabetic jam recipes" and several sites with recipes came up,most seem to use added pectin to get the jam to set.

i made blackberry jam with splenda. i just boiled it til it set tho it was prob runnier than that u buy it was very nice

one thing thomake small batches and keep it in the fridge as it doesnt keep as well

Never done this myself, but there's a thread here I'll add this later to keep recipes together.
