£5 Voucher for Muller Yoghurts !!

Hi, Not sure if this is ok to list but I hope so because its authentic!! :A

Have you ever had them muller yoghurts - pack of 8 - you have to snap them apart and its never a clean snap and its really annoying. Last week I tried snapping 2 yoghurts apart and one more or less blew up and yoghurt ended up everywhere.

I sent them a very honest complaint through their website saying how annoyed I was (this was tuesday) and only 2 days later today I have a £5 pound voucher in my post box for any muller product with an apoligy :T

I used the form at http://www.muller.co.uk/contact/

Please don't abuse this and only complain if you have a valid complaint and they are happy to compensate.

I think most companies will compensate in vouchers if you complain about their stuff. Guess it depends on the situation: sometimes vouchers is an adequate form of compensation, sometimes it probably isn't!

I once complained to Patak's about one of their sauces (it was horrid!). They sent me an apology and a £10 cheque. :D

But yes, I would not abuse this - genuine complaints only! :)
  • There is a long thread about this which I read the other day ... Linky below ...

  • adbrook totally agree with your comments about the muller yoghurts. I bought them for packed lunches and they were a nightmare to snap apart, like you say several were torn so we could not put them in the lunchbags either.

  • We bought some of the new muller snacksize corners from Morrisons, the choc balls variety as my daughter loves them, but out of the multipack two pots had the yogurt contaminated with soggy 'choc balls'.
  • The best way to buy Muller yoghurts (or any other brand for that matter) is to get them on BOGOF deals.

We haven't paid full price for yoghurts for years....:-)

    PS

The best of the lot are Muller Amore but, at 58p or so each are expensive.

That's why we get them on BOGOF......

  • I did complain to Muller regarding the corners for the kiddies packed lunch and received 5 x £1.00 vouchers and an apology. They were very prompt unlike Whiskas who have still not replied to my letter.
