Reliable collection company

my husband got into bit of trouble paying one debt off, one of the catalogues, we only purchased two items, we owed about £25.00.

because it was passed to reliable collections ltd, he ignored the problem the debt increase to £300, which we paid, £160.00 at a reduce rate, still owing £140.00

They charged us £12 per missed payment, I have asked them, to give me a balance when payments was stopped and handed over to Reliable collection. Which they have not responded too.

so we still paying charges to the original sum. Are they wrong not to send that information, also l asked them all account details. Should they give us all details of why and when they charged us,

I know if we are day late, or they takes time to process any payment they will add another £12.00 thank you

    Hi,

I'm pretty sure they have to give you a statement regarding the balance, but someone with more knowledge will be along soon.
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
