Renewing vows/blessing

Thia is going to sound like a silly question but to renew wedding vows do you need to use a licensed premise?

    Hi Bubby
Renewal of vows has no legal recognition, so it doesn't need to be a licenced premises.
There is no register the second time around, nor do you get another marriage certificate (but this also means that
the costs associated with these things also disappears!!)
Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??

Do you mean that you are able to book venews etc as a "celebration" rather than a wedding so that the cost of it all is kept down?
