Hi all again, i recently posted saying i was paying off my debts and should be have only 1 credit card debt left come this time next year.
Hit some major obstacles this month and its really knocked me for 6... there is literally no way i can carry on this way
Im paying minimum payments on catlouge, credit card etc which wasnt bothering me too much, i could manage them payments
Stupidly i cashed some cheques few months ago (like a pay day advance) upto the value of £600.. each month im just renewing them at a rate of £14 each. .. Plus i have a provident and greenwoods and a speedloan loan which is taking a big percentage of what money i had left to buy food, electric etc.
(I dont want to miss payments on the speedloan or cheques.. they have all my bank and card details)
What are my options? Are there any for me to take?
Thankyou in advance.

I would think that you probably need to speak to one of the debt charities and possibly need to consider a DMP or something.
If you cannot meet your debt payments as they become due and pay for basic living expenses without taking on more debt then its not sustainable to carry on as you are.
Depending on the scale of the debts etc one other option might be to write to your 'normal' creditors (cards, bank loans etc) to say you are seeking advice, pay a token payments and ask for 28days (which they are supposed to give without taking action). If you did this and cancelled all your DDs to those for one month would this allow you the breathing space to clear your payday advances/ speedloan? or would it still fall far short?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi Gemma84, can I assume greenwood's and provident are doorstep loans. I.e someone call each month to collect?
I have experience of my mother in law being ripped of by Greenwoods.
Follow Tixey's advice and get one of the charities to sort you out a DMP.
