daughter leaves 6th form to go to uni....she's not 19 till next january so will payments carry on till then? thanks in advance..

They will stop in September, when child benefit and any tax credits do/would too.
Payments only continue until a child is 19 if they are in non advanced further education, this doesn't include University.August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61

I believe your daughter can actually STILL get money for maintenance from her Father IF she chooses to take the situation on herself after she is 19 and is in advanced education...
I know that this was the case when my daughter went to Uni..
The CSA told me that if she went to Court she could ask for maintenance from her Father towards her Uni costs/fees etc
Might be worth asking..as Uni DOES cost them LOTS in student loans etc..and every little helps...:)
She is still his daughter so I am sure he will not mind helping out....
