Hi, can any one offer advice to me on the following
I have been on a DMP for a couple of years but have recently been undergoing a very stressful period. Consequently, I made the mistake of going on a holiday, but taking a payday loan to fund this
As you can probably guess, I have now got into a little difficulty with this and my DMP has been cancelled. I know I have no-one to blame but myself for this, but is it possible to to start another (free) DMP with another provider, if you have had one terminated?
I've got myself back to square one and don't think I can handle the creditors by myself again. Even more stressed now...

Who was your DMP with?
You could try CCCS/Payplan (whichever you were not with before - I'm guessing you were with one of them). I don't honestly know how they would react to you having had once cancelled.
The other option would be to carry on with the exact same payments as before but self manage your DMP. Obviously this will involve you dealing with the creditors more but if you only deal with them in writing (you can send a letter to stop calls) then it might not be too bad? You would just have to resubmit a new statement of affairs each year.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
