Wedding day cards for OH

Where did you get yours from? i want a big (but not too big, maybe a card that will fit in a keepsake box but i dont want a normal standard size) card for my OH for our wedding day. It needs to be a really really nice card and nothing too pricey (as i know you can get cards £20 and over and am not paying that.

can anyone recommend any websites or shops?

  • I was having real difficulty with finding 'Husband/Groom To Be' card..... Like you say there are ones out there but just too expensive.

Anyway whilst searching away I found the best place was Ebay. There are a lot of Wedding cards on there, and most sellers can personalise them. So just ask them to change some of the words to suit you. There's a huge choice.

In the end I went for something totally different. My OH likes a particular artist, so I found a card with his favourite painting on, and I'm going to give him that.

Blimey I hadn't thought of that (and I bet OH hasn't either!). We're doing a tiny wedding, though, so it'd be stuck in a box somewhere so I wont bother lol.

You can get them in Clintons.

I've seen them "to my wife/to my husband" on our wedding day. Some are lovely and cost from a couple of quid to about £15.

Funnily enough I told OH this morning that he better get me a card to open on the morning of the wedding ~ I'm a sucker for cards and keep any I get!

I didn't know you could get cards. I was thinking of findind a poem to give to him and then afterwards getting a two sided photoframe, one for the poem and the other a photo of us together on the wedding day.
