Harassing phonecalls!

I had my IVA accepted on Tuesday and up until then I have communicated to all of my creditors in writing, never answering their many calls. I had the usual missed calls on a daily basis but one company 0808 1560058 were very persitant and I received 5 or 6 missed calls a day from them. I remeber googling a number and it turned out to be Bank of Scotland.
When I informed my creditors that I was applying for an IVA the calls dried up, even this particular number. This number started ringing again the day before my IVA creditors meeting, I thought in a last gasp effort to get a higher payment out of me. Bank of Scotland voted for the IVA yet still the calls came but as I was on nights my phone was on mute so never got a chance to answer them. They rang (for the fourth time today) just now so I answered all ready to explain thain BoS had voted for the IVA, it is legally binding so please stop ringing me and it turns out all along that it was TSP bookclub which I was a member of years ago trying to get me to rejoin!
I did google a number that had been ringing me but it obviously wasn't that one, all those months of embarrasingly having to silence my phone when I was out in public or at work and it turns out to be a pesky book club!

I have been receiving phone calls for weeks from 8.00 am until 8.00pm.
I answered one by mistake this week and I found it was from one of my creditors, who was ringing to find out whether I could confirm the date of my agreed monthly repayment to them. I had been paying on the same date for many months, and they still wanted confirmation0
