Three debts paid off!

This is a bit buried in my diary, but Ithought I'd blow my own trumpet (not something I normally do!)

Yesterday I got my first full month's moneyin the bank from AQA - £900.30.
I paid off in full
Next £122
Mint CC £382
OU Masters fees for 2006 £441 (I had a bit in the bank from work towards this if you thinking my maths is a bit doolally!)

Ihave £100 of it left in my bank and I am determined to put it to almost clear another CC. If I do that I will only have my greasypalm money of £40 and a mystery shop payment of £25 to last the month, but I don't need to go shopping until 17th so I might even chuck the remaining £100 at my CC as well.

the little spending devil appeared for a second when I saw my bank balance online, but I smacked him over the head and clicked the mouse to pay off the three accounts!

My mint CC is now frozen in a tub of water in the freezer.

  • I also work full time, so couldn't sustain that for long (my head would fall off!) but my aim this month is £600 to pay off my next CC.

I am hoping to start to get some bank charges back in the next 4-6 weeks as well. I did the sums and with this month's AQA (as long as I hit my own self imposed target) and my bank charges back, I will have cleared all my unsecured debt with £200 to spare. My sig should be about £400 lower, but I've had court fees to pay for my four claims which I'll eventually get back.
