I have had an issue with GP for outstanding cashbacks since October,after they wanted me to produce reference numbers for goods bought from Argos,after a lot of hassle getting these ref. nos[Argos were very helpful]
they are now saying my PC is blocking them,as I told Neil Durrant,the checker/tracker is showing OK.They are not going to pay me.

My question is why are the small amounts ie 25p etc getting through and not the completed applications for financials organisations not. except for the goldfish card,More^ than £12.50,Lloyds,tsb.£7.50Morgan Stanley£1,Scottish widows £12.50.

Will I get my outstanding cashback,I`m not holding my breath,they wont answer my emails.

Always ensure you are logged in to GP (obviously!) and ensure your machine is spyware free. The new Anti spyware software from Microsoft does a great job and is 100%. Get it from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
Do a full search on your machine and you'll be surprised what shows up.

Failing that, use My Shopping Rewards instead. I've never had any problems with them and they offer pretty much the same service as GP.
