trust deeds in scotland

hi there

does anyone have experience of trust deeds in scotland?. Im thinking about entering into one due having debts of £21,000 which seems such a scary amount to me. I cant afford to pay hundreds of pounds a month to clear this debt, so think a trust deed seems the only option.

any advice would be much appreciated.
