    Well for the last two years I have been using the recycled toilet paper from Lydl, at the moment I believe it is about £1.20 for 10 rolls, and up to now I have had no mishaps, it has served its purpose! and it has done no harm to my bottom.
    Low Carb High Fat is the way forward I lost 80 lbs

    Since first using Martins I have saved thousands
