I think it's quite reasonable for gig tickets. They're a cool band and he's a big actor. Who can you go see for under a fiver??? I thought I had a bargain with my arctic mokeys tickets at £14. Then again I doubt there'd be anyone I want to see if the tickets are only a fiver, I've paid more than that to see my friend's band and they're awful, lol!

i remember seeing tenacious d for 7 quid at the astoria in 2002. funny what a new film does to gig ticket prices eh

Whilst I adore Jack Black and his comedy styles, I also think £30's quite steep...

Oh, and whilst I'm here: might i recommend that Tenacious D fans watch the following video from the Eagles of Death Metal?? It's the band of Josh Homme, drummer with Queens of the Stone Age, and it features Jack Black!

Firstly, Josh Homme is the singer in QOTSA, not the drummer - who was sometimes Dave Grohl.. Anyhoo.. Watch this clip:
