How screwed up are barclaycard

I'm on a dmp with CCCs and Barclaycard did similar to me! I'm paying them quite a lot a month and they are charging me 6% interest on my dmp which is not a major problem as I am still making headway into the debt. They offered me another credit card with a 6k balance to transfer my debt on to it and charge me 15%!!! I declined their kind offer!
Ring them and ask them not to send otherwise it may open a can of worms. I had the same letter and rang them.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Anyone else recieved a letter like this from barclaycard? Still haven't received card so not sure if they will send!
They will send it if you don't ring them. This was mentioned in the letter I received.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

I'm not going to use it even though I am tempted
they haven't sent me anything to sign so they wouldn't have my sig!
Can't wait to see if they send the card.
Any one has barclaycard initial with 15.9%apr?
The one I had originally was a Platinum one and it was 15.9% before I went on my dmp and I had quite a big limit which they kept upping.
I'd be very careful about seeing if they send the card as if they send it, they may expect you take up the offer. Contact the number on your letter and ask them not to send.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

My apr is 12% on what I think is a standard card, the limit is £3,000. No idea why it is higher for a supposedly better card.Barclaycard 3800

Mine was some years ago, even the standard card I started with was more than 16% interest.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

I had a Barclaycard several years ago, the debt had been passed to Wescot, i had lots of issues with them, cutting a long story short they would only let me make arrangements with one person who never seemed to be available when i called in the end they referred the debt back to Barclaycard and i now make payments to them. I'm hoping that if this appears on my credit report (it's currently not showing on either experian or equifax) it will look better that i am paying Barclaycard as opposed to a debt collection agency. I know it's a bit off topic but thought it was worth a post.0
