I wanna buy a netbook/laptop £200-250

I would prefer a 13"-14" screen if not a 10" I don't download music or movies I just surf and use word a bit, I don't want anything really slow but accept I'll not get anything very fast on my budget.
I'm not a brand snob but I do want something I've heard of, and I don't want a re-furb.
Any reconmendations please?
