I be closing my account if I don't get any of my itunes vouchers. lol
I don't think the winners have been drawn yet. I got 1 ticket a couple of weeks back and it's still showing as unused.
    There's 250 winners of 5 tunes a month, so I guess there's a chance.
Don't think i'll waste 500 points again tho' if I don't win any, not exactly the greatest prize anyway is it.

Just claimed 1st T&V Amazon voucher and been with them since 13/01/06.

My personal view on all of these sites is that I wouldn't enter points in any sort of "prize draw" or suchlike - you've given your time for their MR and then you are in effect gambling it away.

My other tip is to ALWAYS COMPLAIN if you have spent time on a survey, got a percentage of the way into it and then get the dreaded "you do not qualify" message. On limited experience T&V seem to respond fairly well when that happens.

I think the YouGov £50 withdrawal limit is an absolute disgrace - a reminder that these growing numbers of online pollsters need some better regulation than they seem to have already.

Which trade bodies do they belong to?

The YouGov site gives a clue on the FAQ area:
    Q. Who ensures that YouGov polls are 'honest and accurate'?

    A. YouGov is a member of the Market Research Society and of the British Polling Council. YouGov is also registered with the Information Commissioner.

In particular, the British Polling Council (http://www.britishpollingcouncil.org) is an association of polling organisations that publish polls. The objectives of the Council ensure standards of disclosure designed to provide consumers of survey results that enter the public domain have an adequate basis for judging the reliability and validity of the results.

YouGov is bound to respond in full to any bona fide enquiries about specific published polls.

With the mass membership of MSE perhaps a campaign is in order to try and get all these people looked at? I wonder if it is an area the OFT would also have an interest in.

BTW I think the YouGov comment about the £50 limit smacks of pure arrogance:
I don't want to wait to reach £50. Can I have my money now?

YouGov values its members and pays out thousands of pounds to members each month. Our terms and conditions state that we only pay out cheques once you have reached the specified payout level of £50, and not before. This policy has been in place since the start of YouGov and is unlikely to change at the present time, but is reviewed regularly. We want you to be happy with the service you receive from YouGov and would like to thank you for your continuing support.

They didn't go so far as to add "so if you don't like it get stuffed" but you feel they may as well have done...

The British Polling Council mentioned above has a useful contacts page if you are aggrieved with the likes of YouGov:

    Hi
I've been with them for 6 months now and just requested my 5th voucher i get surveys al least everyother week and had 3 product test. One a phone another a football and a drink.

Sometimes you answer a survey and after a few questions you're not suitable.

There's also wuick votes which are worth 75 points each on the website.

    James

I've been with them for about a year and have just ordered my 5th voucher. I've also tested products and tend to get 1-2 surveys a week. A lot of the time, I'm not suitable, mind you. I did get one voucher purely through doing a MS survey (40,000 points :D).

I've been with Test & Vote for over 12 months and only just got to order an Amazon voucher.

I ordered it on 28th March 2006. Can anyone tell me how long they take to come through?

I've just managed to get 1 voucher at test and vote. Survey's turn up very in-frequently and when they do I don't usually qualify. I will keep on going with it as after all its something for free....but it'll just take me a while to get voucher number 2.
