I have officially given up with T & V!
They are taking the pee in my mind so I won't be going back to them!My second favorite household chore is ironing. My first being, hitting my head on the top bunk bed until I faint.-Erma Bombeck-~ Member of the MSE Celebdaq Minileague ~0 -

Claire - here's how:
1. Log in at T&V.
2. Hit the tab "Personal Area" along the top.
3. They want to get you to exchange your precious points for stupid prize draws on that page - IGNORE!Halfway down on the right hand side, and just above your points total list is a line reading "For other point exchange possibilities, click here"
4. Hit that line and all the other "real" voucher lists will appear!
5. Select the one(s) you want and follow the instructions to Convert.
...oh, and 6. when you've finished make yourself a diary note to chase them up if they don't arrive in the time specified - it is T&V we're talking about, after all!0 -
Thanks for that Edna< i was also wondering do the vouchers change or are they always the same stores and online productsUPDATED: 12/11/2007: Tesco's: 460 Points, Boot's: £8.90, Bank Charges: £266, Ciao: £7.60, Valued Opinions: £2.50, Mum's Opinions: £5.50, LightSpeed: 1005 Points, Ipoints: 1452 Points, PigBack: £23.20, Consumer Pulse: 30500 x 16 Vouchers, CashBack Site: £2.50, PinkCashback: £23.70, BritishRewards: £2.87, Test&Vote: 42567 Points0

not happy . I just now received an email from Test&Vote but it was posted on the 12/7 (6 days ago) The survey does no longer exist.
If I had qualified for the survey it said they would have sent me a product to test.
OK, Sure, 99% of the time I do not qualify for their surveys and only get half way through. But this is the first time they even mentioned testing a product.0 -
I'm actually pleased for a change: ordered my CDWOW voucher at the weekend and it just arrived! :j I expected it to take weeks, if not months! :T0

I've just had another survey from Test & Vote about cold drinks. Had to type down all the cold drinks I could think of/drank/would consider drinking etc etc over a few pages, then went through loads of other pages - only to be told:
We’re sorry, but the number of people corresponding to your profile has already been achieved.
This can't be right. They're getting loads of info from us but then don't reward us.
Just an update, if anyone's interested ......
I sent them a complaining e-mail yesterday, and I got this reply this afternoon:-
Dear XXXXX,
Thank you for your email. A lot of our surveys are sent to us from our clients, and we are therefore obliged to publish them as they are. Usually there should be only a few screening questions in the beginning, to make sure that we get the right number of participants from each target group. Sometimes however a survey slips through where there are more screening questions or screening questions further on in the survey. This is something we try to avoid and we hope that you won’t have to experience this in the future. By means of apology I have credited your account with 500 points.
Once again please accept my sincerest apologies for the problems you have experienced with our surveys and I do hope that you do not have such problems in the future.
Kind regards,
I was pleased they acknowledged me, and also pleased to get an apology and some compensation albeit worth only about 50p. Suppose a bit of constructive criticism helps them to make improvements, and if you don't ask you don't get!0
