Test & Vote (merged)

Filled out my first ever Test&Vote survey about a new line of Crisps last night. Once it's been done and it asked me to click to submit my survey , I've just got an error message in the middle of the screen. No points has been rewarded either.

IME points arent added straight away

it can take weeks until they are credited

I can't bring myself to cancel my account with T&V !!!!

I got to 60,000 at last recently and decided to cancel once the voucher came through, but in that time I did some surveys and currently have 6,500 points and have 18,500 pending. If they ever come through :rolleyes: I will then have 25,000 which is nearly half way to another 60,000.

I WANT TO CANCEL BUT I JUST CAN'T even though they annoy the hell out of me :rolleyes: :rotfl:

I've just converted my first 60k points for £12 at CDWOW (piggypoints can be earnt as well), still got 13k left. Only had 13k up to november! Got given 20k for a shop/scan thing which they took back and left the points, plus many other surveys. Do e-vouchers really take up to 4 weeks to arrive?!?!

When you have completed a survey keep the invite e-mail you were sent. i put them all in a folder & as you get the points delete the relevant e-mail.

I had over 30000 points missing but have eventually had them added, after I sent T&V an e-mail about my missing points. I had to send the invite e-mails for them to be verified.

Points take a while to be added, usually 3-4 weeks but some of mine were still missing after 6 months - luckily its all sorted now

I ordered my second voucher on the 28/02 and it arrived last week.I haven't had any problems with them.I've never had a product to test and I've applied for them all, but I regularly get paid lots of points for their surveys.

for the first time since i joined i am having to chase up points owed, grrrr but once credited with them i will be almost able to claim again !
