Careful with this...my sister ordered from them a few months ago. It turns out they are shipped from Australia & the value was underdeclared. She had to pay an extra £40 before they were delivered.

has anyone else experienced having to pay customs on top with this company? Very tempted to order as my old faithful pair of uggs are very very battered, but dont wanna pay customs! many thanks.....

No never. I have bought uggs from cloggs on two occassions and have never had to pay customs.

just to add... they have a promotion/code thru quidco buy one get one half price which i think works if you get one from sale and one from regular price shoes... the extra 20% off only works with sale items and you can only use one code... there is also a code thru quidco £5 off if you spend £40 above. hope this helps.

Post Office told her it was 'luck' which deliveries were checked, but they saw it a lot on similar deliveries (i.e. shoe boxes coming from Australia!). Still, they are amazing prices so it may be worth a punt.;)

Cloggs are a UK company and only ship from within the UK. Uggs don't come from Australia anyway. Wherever or whatever your sister bought has nothing to do with this deal.

just to say that I bought the sunflower uggs a few months ago and they are really nice, and not too yellow!

I have ordered Uggs from cloggs a few times and I have never had any customs charges and they have always been sent from the UK.
