I left the peas out of the freezer and now I have to use them all up any ideas?Pea soup, but I haven't got any stock - do you think a stock cube would do? Any other ideas?

i think a stock cube would probably be ok not as good as home made but in ok an emergency!! how about putting a couple of rashers of bacon in for a pea and ham type soup? i think i would fry bacon in bits then fry onion in bacon fat to give a bit of extra flavour to the soupMember 1145 Sealed Pot Challenge No4
