Like a pillock,I managed to cut my foot and get blood all over the bedding.Any ideas how to rid sheets from blood stains?

soak the stains first in cold water with a handful of salt added. Then use something like a vanish bar on any remaining bits.
Do not put bloodstains in anything but cold water, hot water will set them so they never come out0
