Are change of circumstances backdated?

If the PWC phones and tells the CSA that the amount of overnights the NRP has the children have gone down from a month ago, do the CSA do a re-calculation from the day of the phone call or backdate it from the date she gives?

Usually changes in circumstances are taken from the date they are notified of them.

Thanks, thats what I thought too, although the PWC is saying that she phoned the CSA and that my partner (NRP) owes extra money for the last few weeks even though she is lying about the overnights (but thats another story!)
