I use Benefit primer, however I only use it for special occasions and nights out. I find it makes my foundation last longer and gives my skin a more even look.

I currently use my SPF as a primer, it just evens out the texture of my skin a bit- I sort of need a foundation on top of it though as it gives my skin an irridenscent look which on my skin has a UV-white light look- not good!

What I really want to try though is the Mac Prep and Prime which has an SPF of 50. This would be excellent for me but need to save for it!

I have used a primer for years now. Usually Smashbox or Prescriptives, the latter at half price when the company closed.

It just evens out the skin calms down any reddness and keeps makeup fresh looking no cracking.

The one Clinique sold to my DD ( she gave it to me) as a primer is caleed City Block. It seems to be a beige tinted spf 25 creaam in aatube. I've used it the last couple of days and I do really think my makeup looks beter! Smoother and stays put well.

I've got the MAC Prep & Prime one. I don't use foundation much so it doesn't get that much use but it definitely smooths things out and makes the foundation last longer and look better :)

Yep, I used to use City Block years ago but not as a primer more as a tinted moisturiser, thats when I could get away without foundation, I'm glad you like it its a nice product and spf 25 is always good:)

I use clarins 'instant smooth' It's the only one I've ever used and I love it. I always slap on some moisturiser, let it soak in for a bit, the put on a little of the clarins stuff. Sometimes I dont always bother with foundation because I really like the even look it gives. It's pricey though!

Primer always goes over moisturiser and under foundation:)
