Advantage Innovative Lending - Flexishare
Anyone any info on this company or their mortgage deals.
Seem to be able to fix 30% of the loan at 2.99% and and the balance on their tracker. My mortgage advisor is looking at them currently, wondered if any advisors had heard of them?

Most on the mortgage is on a rate that appaers not as competitive as other products
Borrowers elect between 15% - 35% of property price
This will be at a low fixed rate for the term of the loan.
If the value of the property falls then so does the final repayment amount
BUT
Advantage takes a share in any increase in property value in the
same proportion as the Part 2 Residential Ownership Loan ( low rate fixed element)
They may possibly lend more than most of the tradiational lenders

My view- overly complicated to suit the marketplace.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
Bloody hell sounds different to your average mortgage! Not sure I like that idea.
Think I may be struggling to find a mortgage to suit my requirements, and yes I have a financial advisor but may look elsewhere0
