Help Please Debt Worries

Hi First time on a chat forum:
Recently the debt has started to mount up and i'm finding it very hard to control. The main issue is no-body seems knows and therefore i keep on living the way i've been living.
It's only started to dawn on me how much trouble i'm in as i've been refused credit recently. and the debt is getting worse. I rent but own a property elsewhere.
I'm not looking for sympathy, i'd just really appreciate some guidance, so here goes:
TOTAL DEBT
Credit card1- £4500
Credit card2- £3700
Overdraft- £1800
TOTAL MONTHLY INCOME
Wage- £1900
Rent- £400
TOTAL MONTLY OUTGOING
Rent-£590
Mortgage- £200
I want to shift my credit card debt to a 0% balance transfer, but i have recently been refused.
Everybody (Girlfriend included) thinks i'm doing ok, no problems Any help/ guidance is appreciated

Can you give us more of a breakdown of you finances? What payments are you currently making on the loans? APR?
What about other outgoings - food, bills, internet etc?0 -
The people who can really help you will want more details, eg ALL your outgoings, food, utilites phone etc.0

Put on here a full SOA and we'll see where we can help you.

Quick question: why are you paying £590 per month to rent when you have a mortgage of just £200?
