RBS Settlement

I owe RBS £20k out of £50k total and want to offer them a full and final settlement. I have written some time ago but received no reply! Does anybody have contacty details including a phone number. Also, does anybody have any experience of dealing with them or know a likely stllement %.

Other's I owe to are - Equidebt, CL Finance, Cabot Financial, Nat West, 1st Credit, American Express & Connaught - I haven't paid anybody anything for around 4 years

When was the last time you had any contact with all these debts. There is a rule that if no contact (I mean no letters, no phone conversations) have been had in last 6 years, then they cannot get the money anymore. So have a think. You may be best doing nothing with some of them.

When you say you owe 20 out of 50 what does this mean? Have they already written off 30? Will you only be making F+F on the 20. F+F normally start around 50%, but will probably go up a bit.
