Quick question- CallCredit report

afternoon all
I just checked my credit report with Callcredit just to check a bunch of old accounts that I had closed were now marked as closed- they were which is good.
Everything looks good (and there is no reason it shouldn't be) but at the bottom of my report it has listed my old flatmate that I had a joint HSBC account with in 2005:
Does the above mean that mine and my flatmates credit history are still linked? The account we had is listed as settled.
Should I send a notice of disassociation?
Am slightly concerned because she has a lot of debt, possibly defaults and CCJ's too.
I've never had problems obtaining credit and recently got a credit card for work expenses and didn't had any problems with that, but I want to get a mortgage next year and just want to make sure my file is as squeaky clean as possible.
Thanks
Jo
