HSBC and Credit Report - Error

I posted this in the bank and budgeting, but thought more people might help here.
I just checked my credit report today online for £2 with CallCredit (as seen on the email) and they have my limit with HSBC for my overdraft as £0, when it's suppose to be £1500. They show my Halifax overdraft limits but not this. It says it's always been 0, when it started as £1000 - was a student account, now a Graduate account.
This probably is the reason I couldn't get credit previously. How do I sort it out? Do I contact HSBC or CallCredit? And which department do I contact? Shall I go into branch for HSBC or phone?
I'm really annoyed at this, as I want to apply for a current account elsewhere to replace Halifax so I don't pay silly charges if I go into my overdraft.
Hope this is in the right section, if not I'll post it elsewhere as well.

Hi
When anything is incorrect on your file your first place to contact should be the lender in question. So in this case HSBC.
I would imagine by ringing them or going in branch you won't get through to anyone who can rectify this for you. I would think the best way would be to write to them, explain the issues and ask for your credit report to be corrected.
Before you do this I would first check experian & equifax as you'll need to tell HSBC which of the 3 need correcting.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
I have registered for the other 2. One I need to send documents to and the other I have to wait a few days! So I'll know if they've mucked it up on them as well.
I won't know who or what address to send the letter to, shall I go into branch to get this or will it be on their website?0
