Moorcroft CCA - "Signed"

I sent a CCA request to Moorcroft on the 14th of June, but today they've replied to me with a document that simply has "Signed" in bold letters in the signature part. No sign of my actual signature or anything like that though.

What sort of letter should I send in response to this?

Hi,

I would want to see an actual copy with your signature on it as a pose to them telling you it's been signed. Hopefully someone else will have more advice.

Bl**dy Moorcroft being themselves again. They're such enormous liars, whatever you do tread carefully. I second Polly Pockets advice to have a look at that thread and consider using that template letter.
